Ruslan Desyatnikov brings over 20 years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Software Testing experience.

Prior to expanding operations at QA Mentor, Ruslan worked at Citi for 3 years as the Global Head of Testing of Worldlink Technology. Prior working at Citi, Ruslan worked at Sterling InfoSystems. During his 6 years tenure, he was responsible for testing functions, process improvements, and quality strategic directions across the entire company.

On a larger scale, Ruslan performed similar duties for 4 years at HSBC bank. There, he established a Testing Center of Excellence and managed 8 Global QA teams in 7 different countries with 120+ testers worldwide.

Ruslan graduated from Baruch College – the City University of New York with a BBA in Computer Information Systems and holds an MBA in Technology Management from Phoenix University of Arizona. He holds a number of Quality Assurance/Testing and Project Management certifications and is an active board member of multiple QA Organizations in the United States and Europe.

Ruslan’s articles are published in many popular magazines such as CIOReview, Outsourcing Gazette, Tea-Time with Testers, Stickyminds, LinkedIn and multiple QA blogs.

Ruslan was among 3 finalists of Champion of The Year Award by The European Software Testing Awards in 2015, an award given to the individual who has championed the cause of software testing above all others. Ruslan also was among finalists for Test Manager of The Year award by The European Software Testing Awards in 2016. In 2016, Ruslan also received an award “50 Most Creative CEOs to Watch” by InsightSuccess magazine and in 2017 CEO Awards by Finance Monthly Magazine. Santhosh Tuppad is an intrinsically motivated and passionate software tester whose specialty is security testing apart from his love for exploratory testing and check automation. He became a hacker at the age of 16 and he has a variety of experiences through hacking and he loves to speak about his transformation from the unethical hacker to an ethical hacker. Santhosh having unethical hacker experience before transforming as an ethical hacker knows about how his enemies (blackhat hackers) function and how he can help companies to work on safeguarding the application and making it highly difficult for blackhat hackers to compromise the application.

Apart from this, Santhosh is also OWASP CheatSheet Series Contributor and likes to call himself “Privacy Fighter” because he cares.

In his 19 years of experience, Brijesh Prabhakar has led and delivered global transformation programs for organizations such as GE, Walmart,eBay, AIG, Direct line of group and GM. Brijesh Currently Leads the assurance to practise at LTI, where he is pushing the boundaries of quality assurance in the area of test Ecosystem Management, Digital Economy Transformation, Customer Experience, and Privacy Compliance. Brijesh as in the recent past created testing IP(pending patents) in the area of compliance, use of AI in testing and Customer Experience.

Schalk Cronjé’s experience in the software industry spans three decades and has spoken and taught on various software delivery techniques in Europe, USA, India and South Africa.

He has been an early adopter of test-driven design and development at all levels of testing and has applied TDD in many programming languages and on various platforms. One specific library he can recall is still in daily usage and is used in scanning millions of emails world-wide, yet the customer defect rate is less than one per year, all which can be attributed to TDD. He has been responsible for many a complex product roll-outs where continuous integration and continuous deployment have been the key. He does not consider TDD & DevOps to be a useful technique, but the absolute key to competitive and effective delivery in this age of globalization.

He is the creator of many open-source projects and contributor to a number of other projects. He serves on the steering committee of the Agile Testing Alliance and is a board member of DevOps++ Alliance in Europe. He holds two engineering degrees and an MBA in technology management. He lives and works from the small Principality of Andorra in the Pyrenees mountains.

Masa K Maeda has 27 years of international experience and as brought prosperity to companies from Fortune 500 to Startups in eleven countries in four continents. He is the creator of the Serious LeAP™ model.

Masa is also a Senior Consultant with the Cutter Consortium, a Consultant with the True North Consortium, and a member of the Agile Testing Alliance Steering Committee and is with the University of California at Berkeley Extension.

He is a leading figure in the lean-agile, Kanban and High Collaboration Frameworks communities; one of the first Kanban Coach-Trainers worldwide, one of the founders of the Lean Kanban University. Masa has over 60 publications and is a frequent speaker at international conferences.

Previously: In the USA Masa did R&D at Apple, was founding team member of 4 startups in silicon valley and was an associate of David J Anderson (co-developer of the Kanban method). In Japan did R&D for Justsystems Inc.. Masa has a PhD and MS from the University of Tokushima in Japan. Masa lives in Utah, USA.

Brijesh Deb has nearly 19 years of experience of leading, managing and coaching teams on Software Testing and embracing the Agile mindset. He is a Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics and Communication and an Executive Masters of Business Administration in Operations.

Being a hands-on software tester for almost 2 decades now has also helped him stay close to technology and understand the intricacies. He has been involved in the testing of applications from lightweight mobile apps to the large scale industrial IoT solutions. He works with some of the topmost tech companies providing everyday solutions in the Automotive, Avionics, Semiconductor, Space, Agriculture and Energy sectors to name a few.

He has worked on many roles from being a software tester to a test manager to a senior consultant He has been responsible for establishing Test Engineering Practice rather than a Testing Practice ​in his previous roles.​ ​ He has worked on testing a wide range of products spanning several domains such as Education, Insurance, SEO, CRM, Storage and Telecom (Mobile Apps and Mobile Devices). Brijesh has extensive experience in setting up a Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) and defining the sub-functions, roles, and goals of each sub-function. He has been a pioneer in the evolution of a crowd testing service in one of his previous engagements. He is a crowd tester himself.

Impassioned about testing and being a social networking buff, Brijesh has been involved in testing numerous Mobile Apps. Brijesh is also very passionate about training and coaching. Certified in Agile testing, Brijesh is a huge proponent of Agile and the Agile mindset and has been working with some of the customers on their Agile transformation journey.

Apart from being a tester, Brijesh is an avid talker, he writes blogs, poetry and aspires to be a stand-up comedian!
